By car

From Heerenveen via the A32

The A32 changes into the N32 in the neighbourhood of Leeuwarden. Continue forward and turn right at the first traffic signals. Follow the signs to 'MCL-ziekenhuis, spoedeisende hulp' (MCL-hospital, emergency ward). At the second traffic signals, turn left onto the Henri Dunantweg. Continue forward, the Henri Dunantweg changes into the Jansoniusstraat. Just before this street comes to a dead end, turn left onto the Klaas Hartsweg. This is the parking lot of Van Hall Larenstein. You are at the rear side of the University of Applied Sciences. 

From Drachten via the N31

Near Leeuwarden turn right and take the N358. Continue forward, and take the second exit (interchange) left. You are now driving on the Adlansdyk. At the traffic signals turn right, this is the Henri Dunantweg. Continue forward, the Henri Dunantweg changes into the Jansoniusstraat. Just before this street comes to a dead end, turn left onto the Klaas Hartsweg. This is the parking lot of University of Van Hall Larenstein. You are at the rear side of the University of Applied Sciences. 

From Harlingen via the A31

The A31 changes into the N383 nearby Leeuwarden. Continue forward and turn right at the Europaplein. You are now driving on the Heliconweg. Continue forward, turn left at the fourth traffic signals and take the Henri Dunantweg. Continue forward, the Henri Dunantweg changes into the Jansoniusstraat. Just before this street comes to a dead end, turn left onto the Klaas Hartsweg. This is the parking lot of Van Hall Larenstein. You are at the rear side of the University of Applied Sciences.

 

By public transport

From the Leeuwarden NS trainstation

You can easily walk to Van Hall Larenstein. Exit the station and turn right. Now take the first road to your right, and cross the railway tracks. Between the first and second row of houses to your left you see a bicycle track and footpath. Cross the road and follow the path, through the underpass Oostergoweg. Keep walking until you arrive at the University of Applied Sciences Van Hall Larenstein.
